Burton M. Goldfield joined TriNet in 2008, succeeding founder Martin Babinec as chief executive officer. He has served as a member of the TriNet Board of Directors since that time.
From 2006 to 2008, Mr. Goldfield was chief executive officer of Ketera Technologies, Inc., a provider of on-demand software-as-a-service management solutions. From 2004 to 2006, he was senior vice president of Worldwide Field Operations at Hyperion Solutions Corporation, a business performance management software company acquired by Oracle Corporation. Earlier, he was with Rational Software Corporation for 13 years in a variety of management capacities, and subsequently vice president of Worldwide Sales for IBM Corporation, Rational Software division, upon the acquisition of Rational by IBM.
Mr. Goldfield also serves on the board of directors of DHI Group, Inc. He has a bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering from Syracuse University and an MBA from Villanova University.
